Stanley, a thermal cookware company, is known for its insulated products such as thermoses, cups, mugs, and other beverage containers. The brand approached us through an influencer campaign on TTCX to promote its Happy Hour product line, with the slogan “Happy Hour has no time, it has Stanley”. We selected three TikTok influencers who aligned with the campaign’s objectives: conversions, DPA, and traffic. Despite the urgency of the project, we were able to meet the client’s expectations and obtain excellent results. The click-through rate, conversion rate, and views of this video were among the top 1% in the home goods sector in Latin America.

Braé, a multicultural, innovative, and high-performance hair care company specializing in professional and home care products, approached us looking for a cast of beauty content creators and digital content creation focused on sludge content — videos designed to maximize user engagement, using techniques such as split screen and simultaneous activities in each shot. In response, we developed several campaigns using our cast of influencers, in addition to producing content for Braé’s social media channels, including paid media for Top View formats on TikTok. We also created innovative videos, using techniques such as 3D and ASMR with kinetic sand, to promote the launch of the Braé Stages line.

L’Oréal is a leading French global cosmetics company specializing in hair care, fragrances, sunscreens and dermatological products. Throughout 2024, we participated in all L’Oréal Elseve campaigns and our influencer, Alan Vivian, is one of the main faces of the Extraordinary Oils campaign. Through this partnership, we participated in several events promoted by the brand, including a photoshoot with actress Taís Araújo and the premiere of the Netflix series Emily in Paris in Los Angeles.

TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a platform that connects brands with creative agencies and influencers for advertising campaigns on TikTok, facilitating collaborations to create authentic and engaging ads. Donna Agency, a TTCX creative partner since July 2023, offers specialized services in creating short videos for paid media, as well as running campaigns with influencers, selecting profiles aligned with each campaign. We also offer the Remix package, which repurposes existing assets to create new content adapted to TikTok's best practices. Below, we present some specifications of our work at TTCX.

Rosetta Stone is a popular language learning software in the US, designed to help users learn new languages in an interactive and immersive way. Looking to expand into Brazil, Rosetta Stone approached us to create monthly influencer campaigns. Our challenge is to increase awareness and drive conversions on the Rosetta Stone app. We manage over 15 influencers per month in the Brazilian market, providing each one with a unique access link to track conversions to the app. Our main focus is travel influencers, although we also do specific outreach for holidays such as Mother’s Day and the Olympics.

MAC Cosmetics is a global cosmetics brand known for its wide range of makeup products. Through TTCX, we have produced more than fifteen videos promoting its various product lines. In the end-of-year campaigns and the launch of the MACximal lipstick line, we opted for filming and editing resources with dynamic transitions, use of green screen and storytelling that convey promotional information to the audience and highlight the quality and finish of the products, always providing before and after impressions. Thus, the content is scripted and produced to generate high engagement and conversion rates on social media. In most projects broadcast as paid media on TikTok, our videos reach the top spot in conversion rates and impressions in the cosmetics sector.

Shell, formally known as Royal Dutch Shell, is one of the largest oil and gas multinationals in the world. We ran two influencer campaigns to promote Shell’s app, Shell Box, over the course of six months. Our challenge was to increase the number of downloads and new user acquisitions (first-time installs) of the app, using acquisition coupons as a strategy to attract the target audience. The campaigns were run on Instagram and TikTok, with a total of 10 influencers. We chose influencers from the humor niche to present Shell Box in a light-hearted and fun way, incorporating the use of the app into everyday situations. The videos ranked among the top 5 to 6% in click-through rates in the traditional finance sector.

Leroy Merlin is a French chain of construction, finishing, decoration, gardening and DIY stores. The brand approached us through TTCX to produce several paid media video campaigns on TikTok, including those focused on seasonal dates such as Black Friday and Christmas, as well as one specifically focused on the Construction Festival. We also did a special announcement on TikTok about an unprecedented partnership between Leroy Merlin and Pixar, where the winners of the brand's promotion could win a room decorated entirely with Pixar animations. The videos explore the user's perception before and after the decorations. We also used the platform's filter features to create a dialogue between the objects in the room that need to be re-decorated. Overall, we had satisfactory results in all the campaigns, whether conversion or awareness, which is why Leroy always comes back with more challenges.

Donna Agency’s success story for TIM Brasil, promoting TIM Controle, as creative partners of the TikTok Creative Exchange platform. The approach adopted was to create content with an organic aesthetic, less advertising-like and more aligned with the audience’s consumption format on TikTok. Our team focused on building storytelling that connects emotionally with users, facilitating the assimilation of the message and, consequently, increasing the effectiveness of the campaign.
The results were impressive: a 46% reduction in cost per acquisition (CPA) and a 30% reduction in cost per net sale.
